Šparglji za zajtrk

Letos je bila letina špargljev na našem vrtu še kar slaba. Očitno je v vrtu tudi kriza. Torej bilo jih je nekaj za vzorec, zato tudi nisem na veliko čaral, temveč sem jih sproti kar surove snackinl ali pa izboljšal kak zajtrk. #1 Funfact o špargljih, ste vedeli, da če ješ surove ali blanširane šparglje (seveda brez dodatkov) pokuriš več kalorij, kot pa jih zaužiješ? 100 g špargljev ima okoli 11-15 kcal. Zato je to idealno živilo za ljudi, ki paničarijo glede svojega videza in bi radi čim lepše izgledali na selfijih.

Torej za ful dober štart  v dan potrebuješ:

  • šparglje
  • jajce ali dve
  • slanino
  • kruh

V ponvi popeči slanino in dodaj šparglje. Maščobe ne rabiš, saj jo bo spustila slanina in še dodatno aromatizirala beluše. Peči kak dolgo hočeš, saj so šparglji užitni prav tako surovi. Nato še dodaj na trakce narezan kruh in ga hrustljavo zapeči. Jajce kuhaj v vreli vodi od 3-5 minut, odvisno od velikosti jajca. Seveda hočeš jajce mehko kuhano.

 Asparagus Breakfast

This year’s harvest of asparagus in our garden was pretty poor. It’s evident, that the global crisis has also stopped in my garden. So there were only a specimen of asparagus, which I ate raw as a snack direct out of the dirt. Only some lucky pieces made it into the kitchen to enhance a breakfast or two. #1 Funfact about asparagus is, that if you eat raw or blanched asparagus (of curse withoud additives) you’ll burn more calories then you consume. 100 g of asparagus has about 11-15 kcal. Therfore this is an ideal food for people who panic regarding their apperance and for those, who want to look as beautiful as they can on their selfies.

For a great start into the day you’ll need:

  • asparagus
  • an egg or two
  • bacon
  • bread

In a frying pan bake the bacon and add the asparagus. You don’t need any aditional greese, because the bacon has enaugh and it will add some aditional flavour to the asparagus . Meanwhile toss the eggs into boiling watter and cook them from 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the size of the eggs. Naturaly you want them sofr-boiled. Fry the bacon and asparagus as long as you want, cause, like I said, you can eat asparagus raw. It only depends on how crispy you like your bacon. Then add some bread strips and also fry it till crispy. The bread will soak up all the lovley bacon grease and asparagus flavour.
